Ommelet Egg, Chilly with Cha


Omelette Cha Om could be a form of Thai-fried egg dish with 'cha om' vegetable. The vegetable is sort of unpleasant once raw, it's a sulfurous smell like the smell of lake weed. Once well-done, though, the dangerous smell disappears effort a far additional delicate flavour. Cha om is additionally used with curry soup, and consumed as a facet vegetable either contemporary or cooked by Thai folks.
Note, this dish is extremely spicy and contains plenty of chillis, you'll cut back the chili pepper amount if you favor.

Ingredient for two folks
100 gms. Cha-Om vegetable. (use solely the soft high of the shoots)
3 Eggs.

1 garlic.

1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce (Omit for vegetarian).
1 Teaspoon lightweight soja bean Sauce.
3 Tablespoons Oil.

Preparation
1. Break the egg place in a very bowl.
2. Chop the Cha-Om vegetable to four cm lengths and boost the bowl.
3. Cut the chillies int two cm lengths, and add them, along with the fish sauce, lightweight soja bean sauce, and pepper.
4. combine the ingredients well.
5. Chop of garlic into little items.
6. Add the oil in a very heated pan wait till it's hot add the garlic and fry for some seconds.
7. Add the egg mixture.
8. Fry for two minutes, flip it over, fry for an extra 2 minutes.

Serve with
Hot rice
Spicy sauce, e.g. shredded chili pepper and fish sauce combine.
