Almonds Duck Europe Chinese


Ingredients:

1 avoirdupois unit duck meat, withdraw bite-size items
2 slices ginger root, shredded
1 tsp salt
3 tbsps oil
2 scallions, withdraw ½ in. items
1 tsp sugar
2 ½ tbsps condiment
5 tbsps inexperienced peas
5 tbsps cooked almonds
2 tsps cornflour
3 tbsps stock
2 tbsps dry fortified wine

Directions:

1. Rub the duck with ginger, salt and one tablespoon of the oil. Leave for half-hour.

2. Heat the remaining oil during a pan over high heat. Add the duck and scallions and fry for one ½ minutes.

3. Add the sugar and condiment and fry for thirty seconds.

4. Add the peas and almonds. fry for an additional one minute.

5. Dissolve the cornflour within the stock and fortified wine. augment the pan, stirring till the sauce thickens. Simmer for a final thirty seconds. Serve hot.
