Cashew Chicken



Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 lb. deboned chicken, remove 1-inch strips
3/4 cup fruit crush
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup condiment
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. flavoring
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsps. edible fat
4 inexperienced onions, cut-up
3 giant carrots, cleansed and sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 cup cashews
Directions:
  1. For sauce, mix juice, soy sauce, honey, cornflour and seasonings.
  2. Heat one tbsp. oil till it begins to smoke. Stir-fry vegetables for many minutes till the onions become odoriferous. take away from cooking pan.
  3. Heat another tbsp. of oil till smoking and stir-fry chicken strips till suntanned and tender.
  4. Add saute vegetables, cashews and sauce combine. Continue cookery till sauce bubbles and thickens. Serve over hot rice.
