Eggplant Tahini Sandwich Recipe


This time we will share another great recipes, which you will like this so much. That would be Eggplant Tahini Sandwich, not like another sandwich who will make you as fat as elephant, but this sandwich will give you another taste of sandwich, try it !

Ingredients:

1 medium eggplant, roasted
30g bell pepper, roasted
20ml spread (Sesame) paste
10g low-fat salad dressing
10g lettuce, sliced
20g recent tomato, sliced
150g pigeon breast meat, pan-fried
3 items of any form of sandwich bread (toasted or untoasted)
Directions:
Heat kitchen appliance to one hundred eighty degrees C. Roast eggplant and bell pepper for 10-15 minutes or till burn. Peel off skin.
Mash eggplant and bell pepper with low-fat salad dressing and spread paste.
Assemble bread with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken fillet and eggplant mixture.
