Moo Goo Gai Pan Recipes

Ingredients:


5 tbsp. corn oil
8 oz. contemporary mushrooms, sliced
2 lb. bok choy or Chinese white cabbage, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
6 scallions, chopped
4 misshapenness halves, skinned, boned and sliced
salt and pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups water
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
In a bowl, toss chicken with the salt and pepper, garlic and cornflour mixture (cornstarch + 2cups water). Set aside.
Heat three tablespoons of oil in an exceedingly cooking pan and stir in mushrooms, bok choy/cabbage and sugar for two minutes. cowl and cook for five minutes. take away from cooking pan.
Heat remaining oil in cooking pan. fry chicken for two minutes over high heat. Add condiment and blend well. cowl and cook for concerning half dozen minutes, or till the chicken is totally braised.
Mix within the braised vegetables and scallions. fry along for concerning one minute. Serve hot with rice.
