Eggplant Tahini Sandwich Recipe


This time we will share another great recipes, which you will like this so much. That would be Eggplant Tahini Sandwich, not like another sandwich who will make you as fat as elephant, but this sandwich will give you another taste of sandwich, try it !

Ingredients:

1 medium eggplant, roasted
30g bell pepper, roasted
20ml spread (Sesame) paste
10g low-fat salad dressing
10g lettuce, sliced
20g recent tomato, sliced
150g pigeon breast meat, pan-fried
3 items of any form of sandwich bread (toasted or untoasted)
Directions:
Heat kitchen appliance to one hundred eighty degrees C. Roast eggplant and bell pepper for 10-15 minutes or till burn. Peel off skin.
Mash eggplant and bell pepper with low-fat salad dressing and spread paste.
Assemble bread with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken fillet and eggplant mixture.

Sesame Seed Biscuits Recipe


My son has always ask me to make this recipe, this snack is absolutely delicious, healthy, and full of nutrient. So dont forget to make sesame seed biscuit as one of the snacks you give to your kids.

Ingredients:

2 cups mix, sifted
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsps herb seeds
1 tbsps lard
¼ cup water
Oil deep preparation
Directions:
Mix along the flour, sugar, herb seeds, lard and water and knead well to yield a soft dough.
Place on a floured board and roll resolute 1/8 in. thickness. turn over ¾ x a pair of in. rectangles and create a slit within the centre of every. Bring one finish of the parallelogram through the slit to make a twist.
Heat the oil to 160°C/325°F. Deep fry the biscuits till golden brown. Drain on absorbent room paper and serve either hot or cold.

1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
20 wonton wrappers
1 medium egg, gently overwhelmed
Vegetable oil for deep sauteing
Chilli sauce, to serve

Garlic Chicken

Red Bean Jelly Mooncake


Ingredients:

For red bean filling:

120g red bean
½ cup water
2 ½ tsp agar powder
2 pandan leaves, knotted
½ cup thick coconut milk, from ½ grated coconut
1 tbsp dish powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp red coloring
9-10 candy yolks
Equipment: 15cm sq. tray/pan
